Meet Zoey.
The shared way-finder (and more) for your household.
You know that feeling — “When is my passport expiring?” “Where did we even save that?” “What was my insurance policy number?” Zoey keeps track of it all, and becomes your way-finder when you need her to be. Need help comparing houses in your house hunt? Zoey has a skill for that.

This is a real screen from Zoey — add any document record manually so Zoey can track it for you, or simply take a picture or attach a file to let Zoey figure it out for you.
Waypoint 00 · The problem
Nothing is lost. It's just scattered.
The important stuff lives everywhere at once — a photo in your camera roll, a PDF in email, a card in your wallet, a folder in Drive you can never quite find again. And scattered things don't remind you when they're about to expire.

What Zoey keeps track of
Zoey starts by organizing the things you shouldn't have to remember. One dashboard, everything in view, renewals flagged before they sneak up on you.
My Garage
Vehicles, insurance, registration, and service history — with reminders before renewals are due, not after.
ID & Membership Vault
Passports, licenses, and memberships — expiry dates and everyday details are always at hand, while the actual ID numbers stay locked in your encrypted vault.
Retirement Accounts
A simple, honest picture of your retirement accounts and where they live — one place to see it all, no spreadsheet required.

Waypoint 02 · Household
Designed for households
Zoey isn't just another personal productivity app. Create one household and invite your spouse or partner with their own secure account. Share what matters and stay organized together.
Waypoint 03 · Security
Your data. Your keys. Always private.
Zoey is built so only you can unlock your information — using something you know and something you have.
Create a household passphrase
Something only you know.
Tap your passkey
Something only you have.
Zoey combines them
Right in your browser. Never sent to us.
Your data is encrypted
Saved to our servers in a form we can't read.
A recovery code keeps you safe
Use it if you ever lose your device or passkey.
Wrong-password canary
We'll alert you to suspicious activity.
Tamper protection
Your data is locked to your household. It can't be swapped or moved.
Always improving
Our security is tested with automated tests.
Attachments live in your own Google Drive — Zoey stores only metadata and an encrypted reference, never the file itself.
Until you unlock it, sensitive fields show as 🔒 Locked across the app, and the vault re-locks itself the moment you step away. Simple where it should be simple, and truly private where it matters most.
Waypoint 04 · Skills
What Zoey helps you do
Records keep your details straight. Skills help you actually move on the things you've been putting off.
House Hunter
Struggling to track and fairly compare the homes you're considering? Set up your own criteria and score each house against it, so the decision is backed by more than gut feeling. Though we'll happily add a "gut feeling" score too. :)
Estate Prep
Been putting off estate planning? Zoey helps you organize the information into a package — one real step closer. Organize everything before meeting an attorney.
Waypoint 05 · Why Zoey
Why we're building Zoey
We built Zoey because life shouldn't require ten different apps, folders, reminders, and spreadsheets just to stay organized.
It started with a problem we had ourselves. We were constantly searching for passport numbers, driver's licenses, frequent flyer accounts, vehicle records, investment accounts, and other important information that seemed to live in a dozen different places. Even something as simple as securely sharing those details with a spouse became more complicated than it should be.
We realized this wasn't just our problem — it was something almost every household deals with.
So we started building Zoey.
Not as another productivity app, but as one trusted place that helps you stay organized, remember what matters, and tackle the projects you've been putting off.
Waypoint 06 · What's next
Zoey is just getting started.
Today, Zoey helps organize your important records and guides you through projects like house hunting and estate planning.
Tomorrow, she'll learn new skills based on what real households need most.
Whether it's managing your home, buying a car, planning for retirement, tracking warranties, organizing travel, or something entirely new, we'll keep teaching Zoey to save you time and make life a little less complicated.
